You need to determine what the Asking Price will be for your property and what your Minimum Price is. There are several ways to find out what is a fair asking price for your property. Research the local real estate market, looking for similar property to see what they have sold for, how long it has taken to sell, etc. And/or, you can have a professional valuation done. After you have researched local prices you need to confirm that your minimum asking price will meet your financial obligations.
