5. Enquiry Handling

We take buyer enquiries very seriously! Ensuring you receive all enquiries promptly without any delays – is by far the most important part of our business. We deliver all enquiries to you in 3 ways:

1. Via email – all enquiries are sent to your dedicated email address
2. Via SMS – you get SMS notification about your phone enquiries
3. Your member area – we store all enquiries in your member area, that you can access via mobile phone, tablet or computer

Telephone Enquiry Handling Process

We have created a fully automated system with a dedicated mobile number that operates 7 days. When an enquiry is received, the callers are asked to enter a five digit property ID (as displayed in the listing). Once the property ID is entered, our system generates an SMS message to the seller with the phone number of the enquirer and another SMS message to the buyer with the details of the seller.

Online Enquiry Handling Process

Our fully automated Online Enquiry Handling Process matches all enquiries in real time and all enquiries are sent to you via email and stored in your member area. We can also send SMS notifications once enquiries are received.
