History
1999 - No Agent Property founded by Jacqui Smith, helping owners sell or lease residential property without paying sales commissions to real estate agents
2002 - To meet a growing demand, added the sale of businesses. Since then, over 2,500 businesses have been sold without incurring agent commissions, which can be as high as 10%.
2013 - Stan Iskhakbaev joined No Agent Property bringing with him a wealth of experience in the residential market as well as operational experience in private real estate sales.
2015 - The business is split into two, No Agent Property and No Agent Business, each with its own website, which better serve the two distinctly different markets. Gilles Maragnes joined No Agent Property and Business, bringing with him the wealth of knowledge on Online Marketing Strategies including Search Engine Optimisation and Social Media Marketing.
Our People
Jacqui Smith - Director
With a strong background of property & business sales, marketing and advertising, Jacqui has been successfully running her own businesses for over 40 of those years, including the last 25 years at the helm of No Agent Property & Business.
In 1999, Jacqui was intrigued by the world wide web as a new platform for advertising, and could see the possibilities as a vehicle for selling real estate, and No Agent Property was born.
Jacqui is passionate about helping her clients and there is nothing more rewarding for her than to see them achieve commission free sales, especially those who have struggled in life and appreciate the savings.
Stan Iskhakbaev - Director
Stan was a co-founder of another "sale by owner" company, which became a major competitor of No Agent Property. In 2013 he joined Jacqui, as a director.
He has extensive IT and Private Real Estate experience, with skills gained over 20 years of consulting at various national and multinational companies. Importantly, he is a real estate agent, licensed in every state in Australia.
An effective team leader with excellent problem solving, communication and stakeholder management skills, Stan is using his entrepreneurial approach to introduce new innovations and automation to many processes within the business.
Douglas Johnson - Sales Manager
Doug brings over 20 years of sales experience to our team, with the last 15 years dedicated to building dynamic sales teams across various industries, including private health insurance, telecommunications, renewable energy, and real estate. Doug is known for his excellent problem-solving, communication, and technical skills. His passion for helping people and educating both customers and team members has made him a standout in his field. He stays at the forefront of industry knowledge, introducing new innovations to empower our customers.

Gilles Maragnes - SEO/SMO Manager
Gilles joined the team in 2015 and became the driving force behind Online Marketing Strategies of the No Agent Property and Business websites as well as Owner.
What makes Gilles so successful is his passion for online marketing, including Search Engine Optimisation and Social Media Marketing. Gilles has graduated in France and holds a Batchelor degree in E-commerce and he brought with him a strong approach of national and international Online Marketing strategies.

Scott Wilson

Scott has over 20 years of executive-level experience within multinational fast-moving consumer goods and entertainment companies, including 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment, PZ Cussons and SPC Ardmona. Scott holds a Graduate Certificate of Business Administration and a Master of Business from Newcastle University. He is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
