Having a few things ready will make creating your property listing quicker and easier:
- Property details: Have the address, property type, number of bedrooms, bathrooms and car spaces, land and floor area where applicable, and key features ready.
- Property photos: Prepare clear, good-quality images. See our Property Photography Guide, or No Agent Property can arrange a professional photographer if required.
- Property description: Note the property's main selling points, renovations, outdoor areas, parking, views, and nearby amenities. Professional copywriting is also available as an optional service or included in selected packages.
- Council rates notice and photo identification: These are required as part of our property and ownership verification process.
- Contact details: Provide the phone number and email address you would like to use for buyer enquiries.
- Legal documents: Requirements vary between states and territories and may include a Contract of Sale, disclosure statement, and other prescribed documents.
We recommend engaging a solicitor or licensed conveyancer early, as some states require legal documents to be prepared before the property can be advertised. If you do not already have one, No Agent Property can help connect you with a solicitor or conveyancer. Visit our referral page or contact us by live chat, email, or phone.
Before your listing goes live, you will also need to complete the required verification steps and sign the General Authority authorising No Agent Property to advertise your property.
Need some help? Selling privately does not mean doing everything yourself. Depending on your package, we can assist with professional photography, copywriting, floor plans, brochures, and For Sale signage, while you remain in control of the sale.
