The house was listed at 10:00am 5th April, I believe, and the buyer contacted me at 11:30am that day, 1 1/2 hours, that must be some sort of record I believe.
We had about 5 other buyers interested and had a higher offer than the first one, but a deal is a deal and we kept our promise to the original buyer, they are very happy with the house.
