Creating your property listing usually takes around 15–20 minutes if you have your property details and photos ready. You can save your progress, make changes, and preview your advertisement before it goes live.

Enter your property details
Add the full property address, property type, number of bedrooms, bathrooms and car spaces, land and floor area where applicable, and the property's main features.

Write your advertisement
Create a short headline and description highlighting the property's main selling points, including its living areas, outdoor spaces, parking, renovations, and nearby amenities.

Upload your photos and floor plans
Upload and arrange your photos, placing your strongest image first. You can upload up to 35 images and two floor plans.

Add your contact and delivery details
Confirm your contact information for buyer enquiries and your delivery address if your package includes brochures, signage, or other physical marketing materials.
Your personal contact details are not publicly displayed on the property advertisement. Buyer enquiries are passed directly to you through the available enquiry channels.

Complete checkout and preview your listing
Complete payment for your selected package, then go to My Listings to check your price, description, property details, photos, and contact information before publishing.

Complete verification and the General Authority
Upload the requested documents, including your current council rates notice and photo identification, then complete the digital General Authority authorising No Agent Property to advertise your property.

Submit your listing
Once everything is complete, click Go Live. Our team will review your listing and, once approved, publish it on No Agent Property and the major property websites included in your package, such as realestate.com.au and Domain.
