I had to utilise it as my original tenant wanted to break the lease earlier than expected. The staff was prompt in creating a new ad and copying most of the information across. In terms of usability, I had an issue with one applicant being unable to submit through 1Form on his home PC. This issue was resolved when he used his work PC the next day. Overall, good experience.
