DanielProperty Sold By Owner - Brooklyn, NSW -Testimonial: Property ID : 12288 Outcome : positive Quite easy to upload the property listing, photos and to edit. We were overwhelmed with enquiries & kept all relevant info in a s/sheet so we could follow up or contact people again. Noagentproperty were always helpful & have already told many people to list their property on this site since we had such a great outcome with our sale. This is a great way to sell & it worked in our favour by bringing interested buyers to us, at a time which suited us & we could show off the many top points that real estate agents dont see. I would definitely use this service for selling other properties next time. Thank you.

KarenProperty Sold By Owner - Beachmere, QLD -Testimonial: Property ID : 16172 Outcome : positive We were absolutely delighted with the result we achieved using noagentproperty!!! We had used two local agents for more than 8 months and had only one inspection in that time. Using noagentproperty we listed at the same asking price, and ended up with 16 inspections.......and a contract that gave us more in the hand than we could have achieved if the agents had secured our top price. noagentproperty was hassle-free, user-friendly, and extremely effectivce. We have every intention of using noagentproperty for all future sales ...........and have been busily 'spreading the word'

Joanna IulianoProperty Sold By Owner - Holden Hill, SA -Testimonial: Property ID : 15698 Outcome : positive Hi No Agent Property I just wanted to say thank you so much for all your assistance, prompt service and professional advice. I have sold 4 properties now and wish I had known about No Agent Property before. I have spent thousands of dollars with agents’ advertising and boards etc and have been unsuccessful many times. Two of my properties were not managed properly by agents and hence the fees doubled as I had to change agents. By the time the properties sold, the cost of trying to sell on top of the commission fees meant I lost money. Then I heard about No Agent Property and with a minimum cost and fuss, I have sold another two properties – very quickly I might add – with no commission to anyone and no other ‘hidden’ costs or fees.!! J I am delighted with the service, any time I needed to amend my details or change the advertisements, banners or signs, it was done professionally, promptly and with very minimal costs. Thank you again for the excellent service, I have told everyone I know.. when I do decide to sell my last remaining property, I will certainly do it through No Agent Property again.

Marie LuiProperty Sold By Owner - Robina, QLD -Testimonial: So easy to do & saved heaps, will definitely use again, Thanks
Roger FranksProperty Sold By Owner - Kelvin Grove, QLD -Testimonial: I recently listed my Brisbane apartment for sale. Within 10 days and a big thanks to No Agent Property, a satisfactory price was agreed upon with one of the early buyers. It may sound daunting, but selling your own property, is actually a seamless task...Especially with No Agent Property. The huge savings made by avoiding commission, is just the motivation and confidence to try. Think about it… Buyers actually like to deal directly with vendors. It surprises me more vendors don't do it!!
