Your support and materials made me nearly indistinguishable from an agent (most people couldn’t tell the difference). I literally saved nearly $10k on the agent and achieved the same result. A couple of things that could be improved: Brochures were late in production not received – sent to the vacant house (can’t recall whether I saw a non-delivered slip). This wasn’t really an issue as I had the PDF to print myself. The ability to do a promoted listing on RealEstate was something I wasn’t sure about from your website. Fortunately, both your quick and considered communications in response alleviated my concerns. Updates to the listing were quick, as were inquiry referrals. Also, the earlier web portal was fine to use, but the updated version is a lot better. I’ve spiked your praises where possible and will continue to do so.
