Jaqui from No Agent Property contacted us and was so thorough in outlining their full package for $1395, which included professional photography, floor plans, large attractive full colour sale sign, open inspection signs, A4 colour brochures etc. But the main reason to go with No Agent Property, was their ability to professionally create the advertisement and then place our home in all the main real estate websites that get searched to find property ie: Domain.com, Real Estate.com and much more. I would strongly recommend if you want to sell your own home, make everything as professional as you can and this is where No Agent Property have this expertise. Have professional photography, as the photographer (Megan) we had to take our photos was 10/10, she spent the time taking about 200 photos then she chose the best 20 that portrayed our home and they looked great and showcased our home and all its features. The photographer was also able to draw up our full property floor plan that captured all dimensions and features, created a very professional floorplan diagram, and then passed it on to No Agent Property. No Agent Property create full colour photographic signs to have in the front of your home, they also arrange installation of these large 6’x4’ signs in the best positioning, they supply you with open inspection signs and the brochures are just perfect. So here we are, very happy with everything that has transpired so far and we are set for our very first open inspection …. the front door was opened at 11am and the home was sold to the very first couple that walked in our door. We have no doubt that No Agent Property made our sale due to their professional advertising, photography and floorplans plus their total ongoing support throughout the process, this enabled us to showcase our home and draw potential buyers to our home. We have now sold our last 2 homes by ourselves, don’t be afraid, it is easy and enjoyable, nobody knows your home or its surrounding amenities like you, all you need is No Property Agents help and a Conveyancer to do all the legalities and you are set. I would highly recommend No Agent Property to anyone, so much so, since our sale nearly everyone I have spoken to when asking about the sale of our home are now considering engaging No Property Agent when they next need to sell their home.
