Before we can publish your property listing, we generally need three things:
- A current council rates notice for the property.
- A copy of the driver's licence of the person named on the rates notice.
- A signed General Authority confirming your authority to advertise the property.
These requirements help us verify the listing and confirm that the person advertising the property is authorised to do so. If your ownership circumstances are different, contact our team for assistance with the appropriate verification documents.
How to sign your General Authority
- Log in to MyPlace.
- Go to My Listings.
- Click Sign Authority next to your listing.
- Complete the form in the new browser tab.
If the form doesn't open, check whether your browser has blocked a pop-up window.
Once we've received and reviewed everything required, your listing will typically go live within 1–2 hours during normal processing periods. Additional verification or processing by external advertising websites may take longer.
If you've submitted everything and your listing is still showing Pending Approval after a few hours, contact us via live chat with your listing ID and we'll investigate.
