I didn't even have to put the For Sale sign up at the property. I had 2 interested persons who contacted me. I did wait for the 50% discount on Capital Gains Tax to take affect after 1 year so i sold shortly after. Thanks for all your guys help and i do recommend this type of service if you want to sell just a land property.
