Saved about $27K on commission and marketing and all the hassle of agents' spin, being locked into contracts etc. While some agents push for Premiere on Real Estate.com, as in the past I found the very much cheaper Standard fine. Why pay more for large agent ad display and also higher number of "views" under Premiere? That is not what you want, but genuine buyers. As I have found in the past, Standard acts like a filter and attracts genuine buyers who will scroll down to find what they want, saving wasting time on enquiries from "tyre kickers". I hope for the sake of buyers Australians look more to this method in the future - it's a no brainer.
