We wished to sell our home and looked at many options to do this. Obviously the easiest way was to engage an agent but upon discussions with many of them it was very obvious that none were willing to negotiate their commission. On top of this were options for advertising packages and photography, all adding to the commission cost of over $25,000. We decided to market our property ourselves and looked at many web based options. After talking with Stan and doing extra research we elected to go with No Agent Property. Stan walked us through everything and the process was simple with uploading and commissioning our advertising through their web site. Within 2 hours we had a huge amount of hits had organised a client viewing. A contract price was agreed upon with the prospective buyer within a few days.
