We had enquiries right from the start and fast track to 5 weeks later and here's the results:30 legitimate enquiries (wowee!!!) And it would've been more if we didn't put "under offer" on our ads 6 inspections - and another 5 requested (I had to stop them as I was exhausted from all the attention - long phone calls 15 minutes to one and a half hours, many questions on email to respond to and long inspections that went for up to 3 hours. More than 1 very keen prospective purchaser.A contract at the figure we want subject to finance by the end of April.I have been overwhelmed with response and have had to advise the people enquiring that I'll let them know if the contract falls through. This has been a much greater response than I had ever expected and it's thanks to YOU and your efficient team that we have had to put "under contract".I believe it's a result of the right wording in the ads, at the right time (it seems to be a buoyant market) at the right price - I now find we could have listed with a higher price but I went for a lower price to get the enquiries and they sure did come!
