We sold the house in just over a week before the Brochures arrived from Melbourne and the Photoboard was set up out front. The only drawback would be that Melbourne’s real estate contract laws are different to West Australian contract laws but this didn’t prevent me from getting advice elsewhere. Make sure you have a good settlement agent who can direct you with all the paperwork and so on. I would definitely use them again. Thank you Stan….....you are the man!
