Hi, 2 40+ year olds looking for a large older style property/farm on a large block or land. Must me animal friendly. We are very respectful people & expect the same in return. We will look after your property & we would like a long term rental.
We have been in the same rental now for nearly 2 years which will end shortly.
We love a nice peaceful setting that is quiet & private. Tall shady trees, mountainous, snow, colder areas are great.
We don't mind if the house is a bit in need of repair we can offer assistance.
South of Hobart would be nice but will consider elsewhere for the right place.

I was youngish widow of two years ago, no children, private piano teacher, one tiny little hearing/companion dog immaculately trained,[on the same status as a guide dog] and two
relaxed cats that just chill out. [my children!] Looking for a change from Victoria.....house of two bedrooms plus,
