We have just recently listed our property on 'no agent property' and in reply to your confirmation email I am advising you of how we heard about you.

My mother-in-law told me about it as she knew of a couple of people who had used the web site with success I might add. Though you now advertise on TV, I still felt that No Agent Property was like a well kept secret and knew we would need to do some extensive advertising in addition to the site, but I changed my mind when before we could even arrange the advertising and the house had been listed for less than 12 hours, we had our first call. Lets hope it's going to be that easy!

Hi there,
I have 2 properties listed with you. I have a bite on one - which looks promising. The other will take a bit longer to move (things are very slow in where we are). I just wanted to say that you have offered me a really great alternative to the standard selling channels that are out there - ESPECIALLY IN REGIONAL AREAS.

I have a block Tassie that is worth only around $22K. It would have cost me about $2K to have the local (and ONLY) real estate agent sell it. I felt really held to ransom when the real estate agent told us his price. That's a 10% mark agent's fee. I understand that he must make a living but $2K!!!!!!! - I ask you. The fixed fee, unlimited time and the reasonable rate is very good value (to be honest, I would have paid more for the listing price).

Anyway, I just wanted to say that I very much appreciate how easy your site is to list and also to navigate. (I am looking to buy again after we sell in Tassie and always have a look at your site). I also put all my friends onto your site.
