The floors in the main area is polished blackbutt timber with the bedrooms having wool carpet. The main bedroom has reverse cycle airconditioning.

The gardens are spectacular with shrubs and trees dotted around the camp area. The house yard has a cottage garden with over 40 variety of roses. The pool is salt water with a deck and landscaped with large rocks from the property.

Outbuidings consist of a large machinery shed consisting of two lock up shipping containers, also a two bay lockable garage and two bay carport. Walking tracks are in place around the property. It is a popular venue for avid bird watchers.

Our closest town is Bonalbo 17klms from the property. It has a hospital, doctor foodworks store, newsagents, post office butcher and chemist. Also a country hotel and bowls club.
