I am currently offering blocks of vacant land connected to all the services as well as land and house packages in the beautiful rural setting of South Macksville, on Preston Drive. I live on Preston Drive with my wife Vicki, a Saint Bernard called 'Jack' and a Shitzu/Silky Terrier cross called 'Wookie'. I can tell you that we love living here. The blocks of vacant land begin at $122,000 and the land and house packages begin at $250,000. Construction has finished on the blocks of vacant land in Stage One. The house packages can begin anytime after the linen plan is registered (about 1 month away). The land can be purchased separately or as a land and house package. A land and house package would have two contracts, one for the land and another for the house. I will be selling on a 'first come, first served' basis. He is a licensed engineer and is licensed in Green Smart design. Bruce is proud of the finish in the homes he builds. It is not the standard 'project home' finish. It is an Executive quality finish with allowance for Deluxe upgrades that are offered in every quote. There are no hidden costs and the contracted price will not increase unless the purchaser chooses to change design or include more expensive inclusions than those declared in the schedules. There is free advice for the design that best suits your choice of blocks and a free quote for site costs. Another five First Home Buyers will receive the same rebate in Stage Two that begins construction in 2-3 months. There are no hidden agendas and no strings attached. We have a genuine interest to help new purchasers set up their home for the first time. The $10,000 can also be used in other ways besides a rebate. It can be used to add an additional room to your choice of home or used to pay for landscaping, or carpets/blinds, or reduce mortgage payments for the first few months, etc. We are open to most ideas about how the $10,000 can be used to help genuine First Home Buyers into their own home.

    I am also willing to exchange on $500 for a genuine First Home Buyer who has a letter from a lender indicating that the First Home Buyer has sufficient sums to settle. This makes it possible to use the $7,000 Government grant towards the deposit.
