Land description:

Area of land is 108ha or 266.7 acres.

The southern section comprises cleared, grassed, alluvial creek flats which rise into steep, timbered, high ridge country comprising some 10ha or so before falling away to the north and north-west to lightly timbered foothills which in turn level out to a gently sloping valley floor which is cleared to scattered shade gums and probably contains some 80ha including the lightly timbered foothill areas.  The land rises on the north-western side of Sour Flat Creek through steep timbered country to the ridge line.
